On October 19, 2014 at 3:08 a.m., the Guelph Police went to Elizabeth Street at Duke Street for the report of a possible impaired driver. It is alleged that the driver struck a curb with his vehicle damaging it to the point he could no longer drive it. Police spoke with the male driver, determined he was impaired and arrested him.
Bradley Roy, 27 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80mg. He will appear in court on October 31, 2014.
