On October 19th 2014, at approximately 8pm, two motor vehicles were westbound on Strasburg Rd in the city of Kitchener. While attempting to overtake, one vehicle sideswiped the other vehicle. Both vehicles pulled over, at which time a passenger in the passing vehicle made allegedly threatened the driver of the passed vehicle.The driver of the passing vehicle then reversed into the second vehicle, and drove off at a high rate of speed. Police later located the passing vehicle at a Kitchener residence. The driver fled on foot and is still outstanding.The passenger, a thirty-seven year old Kitchener male was arrested and charged with uttering death threats.
