On October 25, 2014 at 2:02 a.m., the Guelph Police observed a vehicle on Carden Street back into another vehicle and then flee the scene at a high rate of speed. Police located the vehicle and driver a short time later in a parking lot on Wyndham Street. The male driver was arrested.
A 17-year-old Guelph male has been charged with dangerous driving and fail to remain. He will appear in court on December 10, 2014.
