(MILDMAY, ON) – On October 25, 2014 at 7:42 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Highway 9 near the village of Mildmay observed a Silver Honda Civic moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was displayed on radar at 118 km/h in a posted 60 km/h zone. The driver, 25 year old Kenneth KELSEY of Howick Township, was charged with race a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 2, 2014 to answer to the charge.
