The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a woman for breaching her release conditions.
On October 23, 2014 the woman was released from custody with conditions not to communicate with a specific Chatham man. On October 25, 2014, the man observed the woman drive by his place of employment slowly with her window down. The following day, the man received two text messages from the woman.
Last night, officers located the woman and she was taken into custody. The 35-year-old Chatham woman has been charged with two counts of failing to comply. She has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
