Break and enter

On October 30, 2014, at 1:34 p.m., the Guelph Police went to a Water Street residence to investigate the report that voices could be heard coming from a house that should be unoccupied. Investigation determined that entry had been gained through a basement window and property damage was done inside the home. The culprit(s) were gone prior to police arrival.
