(KINCARDINE, ON) – On October 22nd, 2011 at 6:16 pm, the South Bruce
OPP received a report of an intoxicated man walking a dog on Queen
Street, Kincardine. Officers arrived to find the highly intoxicated
man sitting on the sidewalk. 57 year old Walter ROGERS of Kincardine
has been charged for Public intoxication and Possession of a
controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in Court on December
19th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
