(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On October 30, 2014 at approximately 2:43 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducted a R.I.D.E. program on Jones Baseline and Eastview Road, Guelph-Eramosa Township. Police spoke with the two male occupants of a 2006 BMW and seized suspected marijuana. They were arrested and charged. One male was also breaching a Probation Order.
Robert HEPBURN age 27 of Owen Sound is charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Failure to Comply with a Probation contrary to the Criminal Code.
Pardeep SIDHU age 25 of Moffat is charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
They are to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on December 9, 2014 to answer the charges.
