(KINCARDINE, ON) – On October 23rd, 2011 at 12:31 am, a South Bruce
OPP officer on patrol along Queen Street, Kincardine, noticed a man
walking with open liquor. The liquor was seized by police and 19 year
old Connor STEVENSON of Kincardine was charged with Open liquor other
than residence.
