On Friday October 31st at approximately 4:30 pm an off duty paramedic observed a male party laying on the front yard of 71 West St. Chatham. The paramedic believed the person may be in medical distress and went to render aid, however it became clear that the person was intoxicated. The Chatham-Kent Police attended and subsequently arrested the person for being intoxicated and he was held until he was sober.
