Carolin ROSS – Theft and Fraud Over $5,000

(TOWN OF SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On October 10th, 2014, Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) received a report of theft and fraud, which has resulted in the arrest of an Owen Sound woman.

An investigation, led by the Bruce Peninsula OPP Crime Unit, revealed that the theft and fraud occurred between November 2009 and January 2010. The victim in this case became aware of the theft and reported the incident to police for further investigation.

Carolin ROSS, 49, of Owen Sound, was arrested and charged with one count each of theft over $5,000 and fraud over $5,000. She is scheduled to appear on December 11th, 2014 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound.
