The weather may be cooling down but the reports of bicycle thefts has not. Guelph Police received 32 reports of stolen bikes in October and have already received 4 in November. The bicycles are being stolen from residences, schools and work places. In many cases the bikes were secured but the locks have been cut.
Invest in a sturdy lock that is difficult to cut and when possible keep your bike indoors.
