Russel Gray, Shane Sutherland – Numerous Charges – Theft & Breach Probation

(PERTH & HURON COUNTY, ON) As a result of the arrest of two males on Wednesday morning October 26, 2011, the following charges have been laid:

Russel Gray (24) of the Municipality of South Bruce has been charged with three counts of “possession of property obtained by crime, over $5000”, three counts of “possession of property obtained by crime, under $5000”, six counts of “breach of probation”, three counts of “drive disqualified”, one count of “flight from police”, one count of “dangerous operation of a motor vehicle”, and one count of “mischief endangering life”. On October 25, 2011, Mr. Gray was remanded into custody until November 01, 2011 when he is to make his next court appearance by video in Walkerton court.

Shane Sutherland (26) of the Municipality of North Perth has been charged with one count of “possession of property obtained by crime over $5000”, one count of “possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, one count of “fail to comply with undertaking” and one count of “occupant of a motor vehicle taken without consent”. On October 25, 2011, Mr. Sutherland was remanded into custody until October 28, 2011 when he is to make his next court appearance by video in Walkerton court.
