On the 6th of November 2014 at about 4 p.m. Chatham-Kent Police responded to a rollover collision on McCreary Line east of Wallaceburg. A pick-up truck was found in a field off the roadway. The driver was transported by ambulance to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Damage to the pick-up truck was estimated at $15000. The investigation revealed that the 39 year old driver had been drinking and as a result he was charged with impaired driving and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood and released with a future court date.
