(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On October 29th, 2011 at 3:09 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Side road 15 North, Kincardine Township, noticed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed. The driver was signalled to stop the vehicle, but continued to speed along Side road 15 North. The vehicle eventually pulled into a lane way where the driver was arrested. A male youth has been charged with Impaired driving, Operate over 80 milligrams, Dangerous driving and Flight from police. The accused can’t be named under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
