(TIVERTON, ON) – On October 29th, 2011 at 8:21 pm, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting RIDE on King Street, Tiverton when a Blue Grand Prix stopped. Officers determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 26 year old Martin FLEMING of Saugeen Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial court on December 5th, 2011 to answer to the charge.
