The Township of North Huron has declared the Wingham Trailer Park property as surplus and will be divesting the property through a Request for Proposal (RFP) procedure. Town of Wingham, Plan 410, lots 367-370, Part Block D Mill Reserve, Lots 17, 18, 22R – 402.

RFP deadline submission is January 31, 2012 at 1:30pm. Late proposals will not be considered.
The highest, or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted. The Township reserves the right to accept all, any part or none of any proposal submitted. This call for proposals shall not be considered an indication that the Town is obligated in any way to any Organization/Business or individual who submits a proposal as a result of this call.
