(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) On Tuesday December 06, 2011 at approximately 2:30 p.m. a motorist was driving a VW Passat on Perth Line 9 east of St.Marys, when a deer ran out in front of the vehicle. The deer was struck and killed and the driver was transported to Stratford General Hospital with minor injuries. The vehicle sustained extensive damage and was towed.
(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Tuesday December 06, 2011 Perth County OPP officers were informed of a deer collision that had occurred on Hwy. 23 at Line 90 just south of Palmerston. The driver of the Dodge mini van reported that while he was driving south bound on Hwy. 23, four deer ran across the road and ran into the driver’s side of his van. The van sustained minor damage and all four animals ran from the scene.
