(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 14th, 2011 at 7:43 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Durham Street in Kincardine. Officers arrived and found that a Red GMC pickup truck struck a pedestrian pushing a baby stroller. The mom and baby were transported to hospital by ambulance for treatment of minor injuries. The driver, 48 year old Andrew ERICKSON of Huron-Kinloss Township, was charged with Fail to yield to pedestrian.
