(NORTH HURON TWP, ON)- On December 17, 2011 at approximately 11:00 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped a Chevrolet Malibu near London Road in Blyth. While at the roadside, the officer discovered the male driver had a suspended driver’s licence.
As a result, Derek HUNT (30) of North Huron has been charged with Drive Under Suspension contrary to section 53 of the Highway Traffic Act. He will have to attend Provincial Offences Act Court- Goderich on February 7, 2012 to answer to the charge. LP11355185
