(TEESWATER, ON) – On January 31st, 2012 at 1:15 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol in Teeswater spotted a stolen snowmobile. The rider was signalled to stop, but choose to ignore police and rode away. The suspect was located and arrested following a foot chase.
37 year old Troy TAIBINGER of no fixed address has been charged with 3 counts of Possess stolen property, Possess a controlled substance, Mischief under $5,000, Personation, Assault police and Flight from police. He was held in custody pending the results of a show cause hearing.
