Hall Of Shamer Katharine Upshall’s 6th Entry – Break and Enter, Fail to Comply & Breach Probation

(HURON TWP, ON) – On February 6th, 2012 at 12:49 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a suspicious vehicle along Concession 12, Huron Township. Officers located the vehicle, a Ford F250, and 2 occupants in an abandoned building near the dispatch location. 42 year old Michael CHAPMAN of Morris-Turnberry Township has been charged with Break and enter, Possess stolen property, Fail to comply and Breach of probation. 37 year old Katharine UPSHALL of Huron East has been charged with Break and enter, Fail to comply and Breach of probation. Both were held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for February 7th, 2012.
