(HOWICK, ON) – On February 21, 2012 at approximately 3:23 a.m. Huron OPP officers stopped a Dodge pickup truck on Gorrie Line near Creamery Road in Howick Twp. Upon speaking with the occupants, officers observed open liquor inside the vehicle. William BINGHAM, aged 31, from Howick Twp, ON has been charged under the Liquor Licence Act with Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor. Also, Johnathon SCHRIVER, aged 18, from North Huron has been charged under the Liquor Licence Act with Person under 19 years consuming liquor. LP12045815
