(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Sunday March 11, 2012 shortly before 4 a.m. a Perth County OPP officer in Listowel while on general patrol observed a black GMC Envoy swerving in its lane. The vehicle was pulled over and the driver displayed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported to the North Perth OPP Detachment in Listowel where he failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.
David Grabmann (43) of Wingham has been charged with “impaired operation of a motor vehicle†and “operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of bloodâ€Â. He is scheduled to appear in Listowel Court on April 18, 2012 to answer to these charges. He was issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
