(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On March 11th, 2012 at 9:46 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 23, Kincardine Township, stopped a Green Ford pick up truck. The officer discovered that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
40 year old Michael FIRMAN of Kincardine Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on May 7th, 2012 to answer to the charge.
