Clayton Riley – Drunk Driving, Flight From Police, 90 Day Suspension

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – On March 8, 2012 at approximately 11:45 p.m. Huron OPP officers observed a white GMC Sierra pickup truck that was traveling eastbound on Summerhill Road with the high beams activated. The driver failed to lower the high beams and officers signaled for the driver to pull over. The driver of the pickup continued into the village of Kinburn and pulled over at his laneway. Upon speaking with the male driver officers discovered he had been consuming alcohol.

Clayton RILEY, age 58, from Central Huron has been charged with Impaired Driving, Drive Motor Vehicle with Over 80 milligrams and Flight from Police. He is scheduled to attend court at Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on April 2, 2012.

His truck has been impounded for seven days and his driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days.
