Scott Krampien Found Drunk In Ditch With Weed

(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Thursday March 15, 2012 the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a single motor vehicle crash on Road 108 north of Line 45.

Officers located a white GMC pickup truck in the east ditch along Road 108. The male driver of the truck was showing signs of impairment and was arrested. Officers also located marihuana in the vehicle.

The male was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where the driver failed to provide breath samples. Scott Krampien (37) of The Township of Perth East has been charged with “impaired operation of a motor vehicle”, “fail to provide breath sample”, “possession schedule II Cannabis Marihuana – over 30 grams” and “fail to report accident”. He is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on April 16, 2012 to answer to these charges. He was issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days
