Craig Snell – 6 Counts Theft, 2 Counts Break and Enter, etc.

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On April 9, 2012 at approximately 6:00 p.m. Huron OPP officers were notified of a break, enter and theft to a garage located on Main Street South in Exeter. Entry was forced into the locked garage and a table router saw was stolen. A witness was able to identify one of the suspects. Officers later located the suspects and arrested a male and a female. Upon questioning the male it was determined he was also responsible for an earlier theft of copper wire and power tools from a business located on Thames Road in South Huron.

In addition, police have determined he is responsible for several thefts of gasoline. These thefts involved stolen fuel from aircraft parked at the Sexsmith Airport located on MacDonald Line in Bluewater. The thefts occurred between September 7, 2011 and October 23, 2011.

As a result, Craig SNELL, age 31, from South Huron has been charged with:
2 counts of Break and Enter
6 counts of Theft Under
Possession of Break in Tools
Mischief Under $5,000

He is currently in custody.

Kendra SLAUGHTER, age 20, from South Huron has been charged with Break and Enter in relation to the Main Street South break and enter that occurred on April 9, 2012. She has a scheduled court appearance for Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on June 28, 2012. LP12093613
