(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Sunday April 09, 2012 in the middle of the morning, a Perth County OPP officer stopped a vehicle on Mill St. West in Milverton. The male driver had the odour of alcoholic beverages on his breath. He failed a roadside breath sample and was transported to the Palmerston OPP detachment where he failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.
David Braun (36) of the Township of Perth East, has been charged with “operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of bloodâ€Â. He is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on May 14, 2012 to answer to this charge. He was also issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
