(BRANT TWP, ON) – On April 14th, 2012 at 1:35 am, the South Bruce OPP received a report of an impaired driver operating a White GMC pickup truck along Bruce County Road 4, Brant Township. A South Bruce OPP officer on patrol stopped the truck and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The 17 year old male driver was charged with Impaired operation and Operate over 80 milligrams. The driver can’t be identified due to provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He will be appearing in Youth Court to answer to the charges.
