(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Tuesday morning April 17, 2012, a Perth County OPP officer was observing motorists on Tremaine Ave. South for seatbelt compliance, when a passing north bound motorist was observed reading while operating his vehicle.
The 32 year old male driver working for a local heating and plumbing company from the Municipality of North Perth was reading a heating appliance installation manual. The driver was issued a ticket for “careless drivingâ€Â.
