(BROCKTON, ON) – On April 18th, 2012 at 2:52 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 3, Brant Township, stopped a Red Pontiac mini van. The officer found that the driver’s licence was suspended. 46 year old Theresa FILSINGER of Brockton was charged with Drive while suspended, Drive with no validation on licence and Drive with no insurance. She is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on June 19th, 2012 to answer to the charges.
