(CHESLEY, ON) – On May 27th, 2012 at 3:57 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along 3rd Street Southwest in Chesley observed a male with a bicycle. The officer noted that the male was very intoxicated and had fallen off the bike just prior to his arrival. 22 year old Marshall FISCHER of Chesley was charged with Open liquor out of residence and Intoxicated in public. He was held in custody for the night.
