(HURON EAST, ON) – On May 20, 2012 just before 12:00 noon a Huron County OPP officer conducting stationary RADAR patrol observed a black Pontiac G5 traveling eastbound on Newry Road at a high rate of speed. The officer activated the RADAR and speed of 152 km/h was obtained, which is 62 km/h above the posted 90km/h speed limit.
Justin KULAFOFSKI, age 19, from Elmira, ON has been issued a summons for “Racing a motor vehicleâ€Â. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
