David Little – Drug Driving and Breach Charges

(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Saturday June 16, 2012 shortly before the noon hour, Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision along Perth Road 119 west of the Topping curve.

Officers located a damaged black Honda Prelude on the front lawn of a residence. The male driver of the vehicle displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle by drug. He was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where he was evaluated by a drug recognition officer and was determined to be impaired by drug.

David Little (21) from Kitchener has been charged with “impaired operation of a motor vehicle”, “possession of a controlled substance”, “breach of recognizance”, and “breach of probation”. He appeared via Audio Bail hearing and was remanded into custody until Monday June 18, 2012 when he is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court to answer to the charges.
