Michael Cowan – Causing Disturbance, Breach Probation

On July 16th, Wingham Police were called to a local business where a man had become enraged over the price of a product. The man began yelling at the management of the store causing a disturbance. Michael Cowan aged 57 of Wingham is charged with causing a disturbance and breach of probation.
