(WALKERTON, ON) – On August 11, 2012 at 8:24 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol stopped a Black Chevrolet GM4 truck along South Street in Walkerton. The officer determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol, but the male refused to provide breath samples for testing. 51 year old Milton HETSLER of Walkerton has been charged with Fail to provide breath sample. He is scheduled to appear in provincial court on November 12, 2012 to answer to the charge. The penalties for Fail to provide breath sample are the same as the penalties for Impaired driving.
