(DURHAM, ON) – On August 22, 2012 at 6:30 pm, Tyler HILTZ was arrested in the town of Durham following a short foot chase. He was unlawfully at large following his escape from custody at the Walkerton court house on August 20, 2012. HILTZ will have 2 new charges added for his next appearance at court; Escape lawful custody and Assault a peace officer.
