(TOWN OF FERGUS, ON) – On Saturday September 15, 2012 at approximately 1:07am County of Wellington OPP officers received information regarding 2 females that appeared to be defacing a motor vehicle that was parked in a driveway at a residence on Highland Road, in the Town of Fergus.
Police attended the address and viewed the damage to the vehicle. Witnesses provided police with a detailed description of the suspects and advised that they left and attended a nearby house party on Darroch Way. Police attended the party and located the suspect.

Jessica Proctor aged 20 of Fergus has been charged with Mischief Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on November 16, 2012 to answer to the charge.
