(PUSLINCH TWP, ON) – On Saturday September 22, 2012 at approximately 1:37am County of Wellington OPP officers received a report of a single motor vehicle collision involving a vehicle in the ditch on the south side of County Road 35, Puslinch Twp. Investigation revealed that a 1996 Toytota was southbound on County Road 35 and failed to stop at a stop sign at a T-intersection and the vehicle entered the ditch. Police spoke to the driver and discovered that he had been drinking.
Scott Holditch aged 24 of Cambridge has been charged with Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on October 23, 2012 to answer to the charge.
