(HURON EAST, ON) – On September 22, 2012 just before 2:00 a.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped a black Dodge Ram pickup on Harpurhey Road near Seaforth.
Upon speaking with the male driver the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. An open container of alcohol was also observed inside the vehicle.
Coleson FORBES, age 22, from Central Huron has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on November 5, 2012. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension.
