On September 29, 2012, at 10:16pm, the Guelph Police Service Bicycle Patrol Unit encountered a group of youths using drugs and alcohol behind Fred Hamilton Public School in the south end of Guelph. A 16 year old Guelph male and a 16 year old Guelph female were charged with possession of a controlled substance. Five other youths were charged with consuming liquor while underage.
