(GREENOCK TWP, ON) – On October 21, 2012 at 12:23 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle crash along Bruce County Road 1 in Brant Township. Officers arrived to find a White Dodge Ram was traveling along County Road 1 when the driver lost control and ended up in a farmer’s field. The driver was treated for minor injuries at the Walkerton hospital. He was found to have been drinking alcohol. 24 year old Victor PENNER of Kinloss Township has been charged with Impaired driving and Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 26, 2012 to answer to the charges.
