(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 12, 2012 at 11:31 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a missing person. Joe MOORE was last seen in the area of Jeans Family Restaurant on Sutton Street in Kincardine on October 31, 2012.
