(SOUTH HURON, ON) – An early morning traffic stop on November 10, 2012 resulted in a 60 year old male driver losing his driving privileges for an automatic 90 days. At approximately 4:20 a.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped a grey Chevrolet Impala that was just north of the Exeter OPP detachment on London Road.
Upon speaking with the male driver the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. Stanley LATUSZAK, age 60, from London has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on December 20, 2012. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
