MALE CHARGED WITH LURING MINORS
(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) – Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Criminal Investigation Unit is investigating an incident involving a 55 year old male from the Municipality of West Perth.
As a result of the investigation, Thomas CHALMERS (55) has been arrested and charged with several offences. The charges he faces are all contrary to the Criminal Code:
Four counts of Luring a Child
Four counts of Sexual Exploitation
Four counts of Administer Noxious Substance
Invitation to Sexual Touching
Sexual Assault
Sexual Interference
CHALMERS was released from custody and has a scheduled court date on November 26, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford.
