On Wednesday November 14, 2012 at 6:25 p.m., Guelph Police stopped a vehicle on Delaware Avenue Guelph, and an approved screening device was used.
William RAPSON 54 years of Guelph was charged with Drive Over 80 and will appear in court in November.
