(TOWN OF FERGUS, ON) – On Thursday November 15, 2012 at approximately 1:30am County of Wellington OPP officers received report of an altercation between 2 males at a residence on St. Andrew Street in the Town of Fergus.
Police attended the residence and spoke with the complainant who had been drinking. Investigation revealed that the male was on an undertaking with strict conditions not to consume alcohol.
Chad Keough aged 35 of Fergus has been charged with Fail to Comply with Undertaking contrary to the Criminal Code. He scheduled to appear in Guelph Bail Court on November 15, 2012 to answer to the charge.
