On November 28, 2012 at 3:40pm a Nissan Altima driven by a male Guelph resident was west bound on York Road when traffic in that direction stopped. The Nissan struck a vehicle from behind which then pushed that car into the back end of another car. Damage to all vehicles was minimal however the driver of the second vehicle was transported to Guelph General Hospital by GWEMS complaining of a sore neck. The driver of the Nissan was charged with careless driving.
