(NICHOL TOWNSHIP, ON) On January 25, 2013 at about 2:05pm, County of Wellington OPP attended to a vehicle in the ditch on Sideroad 15 just west of Beatty Line in Nichol Township. The male driver of the 2004 Volkswagen showed signs of alcohol consumption.
Justin McLeod, age 22 of Caledon has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on February 15, 2013 to answer to the charges.
